UFO OVER ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING

One time we were moving from Arlington, WY to Phoenix. We were pulling a car and this other couple were following in their car. We were going through Rock Springs, WY. That town is laid out in two parts. First you go through one and then you go down a hill and there is another part. Well after we got through the first part and started down the hill we could see in the distance something over the other part. As we got near it all the cars and trucks were stopped and looking up at this object. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon on a clear day. The object was beautiful. The bottom part was between lime green and lemon yellow and had what looked like lace around the edges. Underneath it was varigated orange. On the top was like a blue "sail", anyway it was shaped like that, not real tall. It was so beautiful but we were pulling this car so we didn't stop. The object covered the freeway there so it was pretty big. You would think UFO investigators would have stopped! Afterwards we all said, was that a UFO? It had to be, what else could it have been?
